Orange F.O.O.D Week
Orange F.O.O.D Week is one of the longest-running regional food festivals in Australia, held over ten days each April in the cool-climate orchard and vineyard country of central-west NSW. The program spans producer dinners, a night market, long lunches in vineyards and the signature Forage walk through the vines.
What to expect
Orange sits at 860 metres, so April brings crisp air, autumn colour and the tail of vintage. The town's restaurants punch well above their weight, and the surrounding district's apples, cherries and cool-climate wines drive the menus. Book the marquee events early; they sell out well ahead.
